Auction Terms and Conditions

1. Legal Acknowledgement:

All bids placed represent a legal commitment to purchase the item if the bidder wins the auction. The highest bidder for each lot shall be the buyer, and in any dispute between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole discretion to determine the successful bidder or to immediately re-offer and resell the article in dispute.

2. Buyer's Contract:

A bid is a legally binding contract between the buyer and SLC Parts Inc. Buyers are responsible for honoring their purchases, and payment is expected in full before leaving the premises with your items. Items are sold "as-is," and returns after the agreed receipt will not be accepted.

3. Use of Site:

Bidders acknowledge that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning., SLC Parts, Inc., and its Associate Sellers will not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or interruptions in service. Unauthorized copying or reuse of any part of this site is strictly prohibited, and violators will face immediate account suspension or termination.

4. Indemnification:

Buyer agrees to indemnify, SLC Parts, Inc., its affiliates, or clients for any damages or losses and will not hold them, their owners, affiliates, clients, or employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.

5. Payment Instructions:

Payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Wire Transfer. Please note, only credit cards for up to $5,000 will be accepted. Credit cards on file will be charged at the conclusion of the auction if below $5,000. For amounts over $5,000, payment should be made via wire transfer.

6. Sales Tax:

Sales tax will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on various factors. Dealers who purchase for resale must supply a completed tax-exempt form at the time of payment. Items shipped out of state via Common Carrier will not be charged sales tax.

7. Shipping Instructions:

We do not ship or load. Buyers are responsible for arranging packing, shipping, and all associated charges. Release forms must be presented before item removal. For those buyers who are not local we have made arrangements for shipping services. Items can be packed and shipped via common carrier or LTL carrier depending upon the size of your lots. Please enquire for more information, Charges will be added to your invoice for these services.

8. Buyer's Premium:

SLC Parts Inc. will charge and retain a non-negotiable 5% buyer's commission ('Buyer's Premium') from the proceeds of any sale on the final bid of each lot sold.

9. Removal Procedures:

No items may be removed until the auction is complete, and payment has been made in full. It is solely the Buyer's responsibility to properly remove all fluids, oils, hazardous chemicals, etc., from machinery purchased at this auction.

10. Lot Descriptions:

SLC Parts Inc. does not warrant the condition of any lot sold. All properties are sold as is, and no warranties or representations are made regarding the property. Please inspect lots before purchasing. All lots are available for inspection during normal business hours before the auction closes.

11. Site Management: and SLC Parts, Inc. reserve the right to void and/or remove any item from any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and resell any item/lots affected by any malfunction. The decision is final.
